Susanne Hencke studied Psychology and Economics for humanities students at the University Bielefeld. Afterwards she worked with Bertelsmann Services in Gütersloh doing staff development and as a freelance trainer and staff developer in Stuttgart. She has worked as COO for the PR-Agency Convensis in Stuttgart for five years.
