Conspiracy theories in public communication
The project deals with research on the topic of conspiracy theories and focuses on the question of how conspiracy theories and their adherents are presented in the German public discourse.
To this end, reporting on conspiracy theories is examined using qualitative and quantitative forms of content analysis. A comparative perspective is taken by comparing the reporting of quality and tabloid media.
